🚫 Order Cancellation**

🥦 Vegetables & Grocery Orders:
– Orders can only be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement.
– After the delivery process has begun, cancellations will not be accepted due to the perishable nature of the products.

🍱 Tiffin (Lunch Box) Orders:
– Lunch orders are accepted until 11:35 AM.
– Dinner orders are accepted until 6:35 PM.
– Cancellations for lunch and dinner tiffin orders must be made **at least 1 hour prior to the respective cutoff times.
– Cancellations made after the cutoff may not be possible, as meal preparation will have already started.


💸 Refund Policy

✅ Eligible Refunds:
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
– Wrong items delivered
– Spoiled or damaged food/products
– Order cancelled by us due to technical or supply issues

All eligible refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days via your original mode of payment.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases:
– Orders cancelled after the allowed time window
– Items partially consumed or tampered with
– Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability


🔁 Order Replacement
If your order is incorrect or damaged:
– Take clear photos of the issue
– Report it to our support team within 1 hour of delivery
– A replacement or refund will be arranged accordingly
